(CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.) – On Thursday, Jan. 6, the first anniversary of the storming of the U.S. Capitol, the University of Virginia Center for Politics will hold a virtual conference, “The Shock of January 6.”
The virtual event will be streaming at https://livestream.com/tavco/theshockofjanuary6th from 6 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. eastern. UVA Center for Politics Director Larry J. Sabato will moderate the conference live from the UVA Rotunda Dome Room, and it will feature an array of top lawmakers, journalists, and analysts. Scheduled speakers are:
